The four story building includes three offices, two restaurants, and a roof garden. It is fully leased, but spaces are frequently available in TENpod, a creative services co-op on the 3rd floor.

Other Green Features

Other innovative green features: 
Ground source heat pump system drives unique HVAC system that supplies low velocity air to 30 separate registers through hollow core concrete slabs. Use of metal ductwork is drastically reduced, and exposed thermal mass helps prevent indoor temperature swings. Operable windows and sliding art panels give office tenants access to fresh air and glare control. Arcade and balcony structure provides significant outdoor area on every floor.
